The Believe in a Dream Scholarship is an outreach program of the Empire of the Royal Sovereign Imperial Court of the Single Star, Inc. (ERSICSS); a straight / gay / lesbian / transgender social service organization founded in 1984 in Houston, Texas. January of 2010 was the first year that this scholarship was awarded to a “rainbow” of people in order to assist in furthering their education. The Believe in a Dream Scholarship in no way discriminates against anyone on the basis of race, religion, creed, national origin, age. gender, or sexual orientation.

Applications are now available year round.

Scholarships are awarded throughout the year and at our annual Coronation held every January.
